The cover is completely removable & has strong zips sewn onto the bottom so you can easily undo it. Inside is a bag for the filling, which also has a zipped opening in it for adding more foam or taking some out.

It arrived in a relatively small box compressed into a strong plastic bag

I opened the bag something approximately the shape of the pictured cushion came out growing quite quickly to maybe a quarter of the plumpness shown on the product images

The information leaflet that comes with this says it is spill resistant if you clean it up quickly

If i were to get another one i would look for one that was taller so it had neckhead support

It can be used on the floor leaning against the sofa or something but if you put it in the middle of the floor lean against it you are going to end up looking at the ceiling because it will just go backwards

Mine doesnt seem quite as plump and smooth as shown in the photos even after adding the extra stuffing
