Lemme tell ya. My only complaint is the cord is not long.

Cons

If the first motor only lasted 3 months, i doubt the 2nd would last much longer. You plug it in and the water vibrates for 20 seconds then it dies.

I got it on sale for 20 and i thought why not but it and i just got it today and so far so good

However for the price and the fact i got 5 years out of the last one i really dont mind doing a more detailed clean

I contacted customer support and they sent a new pump very quickly

I contacted amazon for an exchange and received a new fountain that my cat loves
