Your nonapple lightning cables need to be mfi made for idevices these days otherwise you wont be able to use them for long before your apple device rejects them

I had trouble with an original and genuine apple charger the charging port on my iphone was rather temperamental however when i plug this cable in ive woken up to a fully charged phone instead of oversleeping because my phone has died and my alarm has failed to sound

Its very short obviously 20cm from the description so it needs to be plugged in to a usb port or an ac adapter
