I like to use my ipad in both orientations and the cases that spin are way too bulky for my taste

Both the portrait angle and the landscape angle provided by the case are just right the ipad doesnt lean too far away from you in either position

Using the origami stand in the portrait orientation isnt nearly as stable as using it in the landscape orientation

It would be ok for using the ipad as an extension monitor for a macbookmacbook pro my intended purpose but you cant really draw on the screen or even do much in the way of touch unless you switch to landscape orientation
