Packed well and shipped promptly. The only dislike i have about this book is that it is printed in china.

The physical quality of the book is poor, the paper is the high acid type that will yellow and crumble quickly, and visually lacking. The recipes are too fancy.

Its odd although ive always preferred vegetables to meat i picked up cooking meat quite easily but really struggled cooking vegetables

Also he says some beans arent very good on their own i believe he called them mealy but i thought they were quite good in a simple vegetarian way
