Pros

The blade is dull enough to be safe, but sharp enough to actually cut a carrot. Perfect for cutting kiwi, cucumbers, carrots. Great on raw broccoli not on raw peppers.

The handle is a comfortable wood grip and is out to the side like a regular kitchen knife. The wire grip above the blade gives good control and encourages proper kitchen knife handling. It is sturdy and easy to clean!

Most crinkle cutters make shorter wavy cuts/ridges. This crinkle cutter has larger/deeper ridges.
