Directions are twice a day so a box will last one month

Not sure if it works and it’s expensive

Actually i wanted to purchase the 10 boxes set but not always available and the delivery date is a bit long

I ran low whilst travelling in the us was pleased to see they were also available on amazon here too

Packaging/appearance

Pills are packaged securely easy to swallow

My only suggestion would be different packaging

To be in bottles rather than the foil 34pop out34 packaging
