Pros & Cons
Pros
Vitamin d3 is almost tasteless and the spray makes it so easy to administer! The vitamin d protocol strongly recommends magnesium glycinate with it in the morning and an mk4 version of k2 before bed.
Cons
Product now uses only olive oil which is a great ingredient, but tastes very bad. Tastes like rancid olive oil.
New formulation and sneaky label change make it unclear how much vitamin d one should take. The new formulation now uses only olive oil and requires 8 sprays (it used to be 4 sprays! Very unfortunate, waste of money. Would absolutely not buy again.
