Reallt helps bulk up stools and does make you feel emptier. I am on a sports/ high protein diet and this counteracted the effects. I physically feel better, which has also made me feel mentally more at ease.

The latest batch are considerably darker in colour and are causing stomach aches and irregular bowel movements. They constantly give me heartburn. If you have healthy digestion, this makes it much worse.
