This is an easy way to get the required vitamin d that most of are lacking. I feel like i’m getting adequate nutrition from the d3. Being cruelty-free and not made with animal parts makes it perfect for my family!
These d3 gummies seem to do the trick. Not too chewy. These are not coated in sugar, like many vegan gummies are. I'm super picky with the flavor of vitamin gummies.

Started to smell like mold after 1. After 2 hours it started to smell even worse.

Never mind pills i’ve tried those too same results as the oil but those damn disgusting oils and sprays i tried them all
