Pros

Very tasty and nutritious. Flavors include coconut almond, vanilla and veggie. Hard to find good vegan protein powder, but this one is delicious.

Finding a vegan certified product is like hitting the jackpot. Provides a solid 20g of plant-based protein, which i find beneficial.

Cons

It tastes like carnation breakfast essentials. Not as if it’s masking other flavors. More like the aftertaste you get from flavored medicines.

And there’s only 1g of fiber.

I am not asking it to be tightly packed but a little more for the money would be nice especially with the bigger scoop they give you inside

One of the few that doesn’t have stevia leaf or other weird additives

However i found that there were only about 56 servings in the container

I use a frother and it mixes up just fine

Vegas protein and greens protein powder is a gamechanger in the world of plantbased nutrition

There are comparable brands on here with better prices

As you can see in the photo i only used a scoopful and yet that is all that i have left in there
