Customer service is simply exceptional as they honored warranty like they promised they would. Still get mushroom head, but a nice looking and sturdy helmet. Honestly a great helmet.

Size is easily adjustable. The strap is like a ratcheting with quick release. It jives with common helmet sizing.

The removable peak shades shades protect my eyes without darkening the view. The attached visor allows enough space to pull down over prescription eyewear. The sun shade is also easy to lower and raise even though i probably won't use it.

Sizing is one size too small. Lining is not removable and so cannot be washed. Sizing inaccurate. If you need xxxl large helmet, then this is not the helmet for you.

This company is *. Avoid it like the plague. Quality is garbage. Poor quality control.
