Product works however it does cause constipation to some degree for me but without stomach aches like i get from the doctors iron tablets

Pity it is rather expensive for a pensioner but it works after 3 weeks

I am prone to anaemia so if i can help myself rather than seeing my gp again and taking harsh iron tabs it will be worth it
