I accidentally left some belgian waffle batter about enough to make 12 of a 7 round waffle on the counter for 4 days and nothing had leaked out

Has to be pretty watery batter to dispense easily and the mixers don’t go to the bottom so you have to scrape the batter off before use

It wasn’t hard to use
