What a great idea and great product
I had an issue with the fan and they resolved it quickly
The only problem i have with it is there is really no way to open it to clean it to help with the air flow

The neck hanging thing feels pretty nice too i thought it was going to be like a hard head piece but it’s rubbery which relieved my neck

I got these to help me stay cool at work kept having to take then off and charge them very distracting i wont buy again and returning this pair
