Pros

Easy to install, but recommend using a quality punch down tool. Works with data shark 8-pin rapid crimp/ punch tool.

Very satisfied customer. No regret so far. All for good value, way cheaper than going to a box store.

Home depot sells these for $5 each. They work as advertised. They do the job and are ul listed.

You just have to rearrange the wires, but thought that was odd. I straight up the wires and use my electrician'scissors to cut them at an angle. The wire diagram on them is easy to read.

Cons

Only 10% actually work and allow a full gig connection. The issue is the pins inside the jack. Do not buy these connectors.
