The gloves fit nicely personally it doesn’t really keep my hands warm but it waterproof and only hinders screen touch when your phone itself a bit wet

This doesn’t seem to get through to the inner lining so you may not get wet but it will still have a cooling effect on your fingers

Although if you are a runner and pumping your arms rather more vigorously than a cyclist you may find these more effective
