One of the sticks was malformed and had a curve on it. Catch and rebound are severely affected. Enjoying a quick session is hampered.

Most of the artist series are just tweaks to the classic 5a or 7a so i just stick to the basic sizes

Only dpenside to ordering vater online os that a stick can come warped or the weight matching will be a bit off

However it is completely unnecessary and a little frustrating to have the drumsticks taped to the cardboard sleeve provided by the manufacturer
