Pros

Keeps my lips soft & moisturized without feeling dry or waxy. This is the best lip balm you can get.

I am sensitive to lanolin, which is in chapstick and most other lip balms. It's the only product that i can count on to keep my lips from chapping. I'm allergic to some very common preservative and this is the only lip stuff i can use.

Cons

The new design of the tube also makes it harder to use. Amazon needs to change the picture to what they are really delivering and state what the true ingredients are. I don't like the nozzle on the new packaging, which is why i ordered the old style.

The product pictured shows 3 items, however this is misleading, there is only one. Also only 5 items versus 6 advertised. Bad bb date. It is not.
