Pros

It stores 9 pairs of shoes and a backpack nicely. Great storage for up to size 12 shoes, with no overhang on the edge. My remotes and vitamins fit nicely in the small cubbies.

It keeps the area around my front door tidy. It looks fine and is better than the pile of shoes that were there before.

Easy to assemble. Outside of that the instructions are clear & simple and can be done by 1 person.

Cons

Each cubby is roughly the size of a large loaf of bread. The slots are not big enough for men's shoes unless you put them toe to heel and heel to toe and lay them in sideways. I'm 5'5, 160lbs, and it felt very unstable when i went to go sit on it.

Plywood flaking off during assembly process. It is not sturdy. This is absurd, it wobbles in a stiff breeze.

Don't be deceived by the pic. The images on the web that the seller has put up are extremely misleading.
