Pros
It looks so cute in our rental kitchen with limited space. It makes my kitchen look more open and less cluttered. It's well balanced, strong, and the layout is very useful.
The workmanship is great and it looks beautiful in my kitchen. It's very sturdy. Even has a piece that allows your to stick it to the wall so small bumps into keeps it in place.
The only downside to it is that it's a little shaky and you may need some tools to hold down the entire thing. When using the appliances on top, it shakes a bit while you’re doing your cooking. Not hard to put together at all.
Cons
Too many mistakes that could've been caught by qc. Given the financial investment i made in purchasing this product, i strongly believe it is reasonable to request a full refund and a free replacement for the damaged bakers rack.

Update i contacted customer service over the weekend and monday they contacted me to arrange shipping me the missing parts
I was able to contact their customer service and they so kindly sent me the piece for free since they had an extra
Packaging/appearance
This was easy to put together the pieces were nicely packaged no issues and could not be happier love
It looks great in my kitchen and i now have more storage for small appliances
