Can adjust effortlessly. A little challenging at first to get comfortable with raising & lowering.
The varidesk is sturdy, doesn't move around, and adjusts up and down easily. It is solid and feels risk free from tipping. I recommend comparing models - the original one holds 10 more pounds (35 vs 25) and is more contoured.
All you have to do is plunk it on your desk. It was very securely shipped in a sturdy box.

Cons
It's not ergonomic at all. My laptop hangs out because this is cut wrong. The stand isn't compatible with some monitor arms out of the box.

I went to return the item and was told i would have to pay a 50 shipping fee to return even though i purchased this through amazon prime
Purchased 4 different desks to try and find the right one and this was the only one that required me to pay for return shipping

Im about 61 so the highest setting the place where the keyboard comes about midway
