Gotta keep the kitten happy. My cat freaking loves these, specially these.
My cat mervyn loves balls. His favorite game to play with these is fetch.
Cons
Smaller - possible choking hazard. Not the usual cat toy size. More like the tiny pom poms you find in a craft store for dolls.
The mylar tinsel/sparkle strands come out too easily and are currently all over my house. Tried airing out, putting in cat *, washing them. Buy the “just cats toy variety pack’ from chewy.

These get ripped and licked into wadded pieces ofcompressed fiber tufts and then i throw them out and they start again

He figured out where i was stashing them and took it upon himself to pull the drawer out sneak out the hidden bag and to chew through the plastic to get said sparkle balls

Only 2 so far have played with these by themselveswell until wait for it ta da we attached them to the fishing pole
