Pros
It looks very pretty, have ergonomic shape which fits in my palm. Strong to handle, it really works and doesn't scrape or hurt your skin.
Amazing safe and efficient foot file. The bottom of it allows the foot file to stand upright and get air dried. I'm very impressed with it, but i don't think that i would pay £20 for it.

Soak feet for 10 minutes and then dry rub with file skin comes off really easily

I have to admit that i was interested to see what a foot file that costs £20 would be like as that seems to be a lot more money than i would normally pay for something like that
