Well packaged and well made. Not flimsy rubish. Very robust, and will last. The vanmass packaging is top quality.

Ball joint is too loose and as soon as you hit a bump, brake or turn a corner the holder tips the vertical phone so far forward that it risks falling off. Glue is not strong enough. It is very annoying as i have only used the cradle less than 50 times... Read More

After a cheaper phone holder kept losing suction and clattering off the dashboard whilst i was driving frightening the living daylights out of me every time i decided it was worth investing in a reliable brand

That said one of our testers had to use some force to remove it from the window even when the lever was released demonstrating its strength and hold
