At first when you put in new batteries the brushs spin can and will feel rough on your skin

As for the exfoliating brush for the face its very rough so while exfoliating do not apply pressure on the brush otherwise itll feel like your skins about to come off

Ive only been using it for a couple of days havent seen much improvement of blemishes yet but at the same time the product is not disappointing either
