I am a true 38dd and that's what i ordered. I usually wear 40 and sized up to 42 based on reviews and it fit perfectly. I have been searching for a strapless bra that supports my girls for awhile now.
This ticks all of the marks! This is the best strapless i’ve ever had.
There's a rubbery grip that keeps it from sliding. There is silicone in strategic places.
Cons
Even tho it’s really not that flattering. Hope this heals and goes away before then. Not plus size women friendly.

I am a 42dd so keeping everything up in place with a strapless bra is very rare
I’m a 34dd and this one didn’t budge
I’m a 38dd and i definitely have a problem with finding bras that have good support
