Pros

Texture is like a combo between vaseline and chapstick, pleasant. The scent is not repulsive or even noticeable once on the skin. It’s great for chapped lips too!

We use this product on our 3-year-old who has severe eczema. I've been suffering with that hormonal acne cyst patch for months now, and other than sulfur, this is the only topical that has reduced inflammation.

It transforms my skin and even addresses skin texture. It does restore your skin barrier, the ingredients are clean. This works greatfor recovery from co2 laser surgery.

Okeefe’s hand cream is good for most, but my skin required the ointment. This calms my skin almost immediately and its not greasy. It gives you smooth super moisturized skin without feeling heavy or oily.

Cons

The cream version or even the lighter lotion, both do a way better job than this ointment. Save your money and buy from target (cvs) or directly from manufacturer. We use other vanicream products, but this was serious irritating on my skin.

However it arrived with the lid broken and unfortunately i didn’t return it in time so i was stuck with the product without a lid
