It coats my hair well. It shines and detangles. My long, thick hair is normally oily.
Cons
The ingredients listed seem the same. I've had an itchy scalp each time i've used it. Leaves a heavy, greasy film on my hair.

I store it upside down and still have to sometimes squeeze the bottle against my body to squeeze out the conditioner

The shampoo has plenty of suds and as long as i use a little of the conditioner and leave in 3 to 5 mins
