Pros
The vanicream facial moisturizer keeps my skin moisturized without breaking me out. It's a thinner consistency but highly moisturizing. No smells, not oily and light on my skin. Amp; you only need a fairly small amount for each area of your face.
As a dermatology np, the vanicream brand is already at the top of my list. The ingredient list is so great. This is the hands down best moisturizer i have used.
Vanicream is one of the only moisturizers i have found that doesn't irritate my skin. All the ingredients are listed, the extent of moisturizing is sufficient. The 3 oz container is good for traveling with only a little tape over the attached cap.
Cons
There was nothing to purge. No scent at all. It smells kinda like a faint hint of urine.

This is a full-on thick, greasy sunscreen, not a moisturizer. I have dry/normal skin with rosacea and the only 2 brands so far that work for me is tatcha and peach and lily. It gives me pimples on face and neck.

Glides on smoothly unlike thick sunscreens that can get blotchy and it absorbs quickly
Absorbs quickly and doesnt clump up when liquid or powder foundation applied on top
