Pros & Cons

Pros

Ventilation inside the tent is excellent which should keep condensation to a minimum on colder nights. Just come back from a trip to scotland on my motorcycle with this tent. Great for sleeping yourself along with your gear.

Great for one person, but a squeeze for two. Good for backpacking. Created a decent sized undercover living area for very little extra bulk & weight.

It's really quick to pitch & the venting is ideal. Easy to * and put away.

Cons

It is quite difficult to set up the first few times as the large pole in the front requires lots of force to get lined up with the little pin in the corner of the inner tent. Only good point is it has a porch area to store beer.

The smaller fibreglass pole splintered and cracked after being up less than 24hrs.

Was sold as a slight second. Not impressed. Broke on second usage. Highly disappointed.

Competitiveness

Much better than my 17 year old vango equinox 350 which was dark even on the sunniest of days

It packs up considerably smaller than my ancient vango delta 200 and easily fits in my albeit large top box

This tent will fit one person and your bag with a small porch to put muddy shoes if you are looking for a tent where you and a friend can sleep i would look at the three man version unless you like to spoon

There are two main problems with the tent as there is no support in the centre the inside of the tent sags in the middle also if you are 6ft or over you are going to fill the tent causing you to get a damp sleeping bag if your feet wander to close to the tent walls
