These are my own words and testing of this product
It functions properly but i felt that quality control did not check the device properly before it was sold
Finally a hub that sticks and doesnt slide around that was my biggest annoyance with the others

It has a light soothing blue light that comes from the bottom and the name on the unit also lights up

I took it apart to make sure that it wasnt broken somewhere and it turns out that it was just an extra piece of plastic in the housing

I love the blue led glow too note that its always on so not for those who this might bother but most people will like it its underneath at the 4 corners and behind the company name on the front bottom too see pic
