    The only thing i dont like is that you have to scrab it very well, other wise, it tents to keep residues inside around the edges of the button.

    The handle is plastic and attached with a screw, this is a value piece, pretty much the same as you would find at w mart, not a high end california named kitchen ware store.

    Keep the pot offset on the burner, not directly center so the handle is not getting direct flame and it will be fine.
