Pros

Not hard to install and way smoother and easier to open and close. Just be sure and put wd40 on your old rusty screws a day prior to loosen them up. Kind a pain to install - my setup requires getting 2 valves and the y in place at one time.

New valves operate smoothly and don't leak. Now the sewage stays where it's supposed to.
