The plug yaesu end is molded to the plastic shell unlike the cheap ones on ebay or elsewhere

I was able to use this cable with chirp to program my vx6 with no problems im using windows 10 downloaded the driver from valley enterprises web site the chip is an ftdi when i upgraded to windows 8
