Pros

Drinking any non caffeinated tea seems to relax me but valerian is supposed to be the best. I suffer from insomnia and it really helps me sleep longer and deeper.

This is a really great valerian tea. It works amazingly. It is very distinct.

Cons

It is far inferior to the traditional medicinals brand. The smell is obnoxious.
