Comfortable to wear and comes in various sizes and colours. No rubbing anywhere. That's when you want to keep persevering. Snug fit. Very well padded.
Cons
Now have to return, wait 7 days for refund, and need to order a different vest for charity event tomorrow. And to be honest itβs not great!

I have used it on my treadmill and it was ok not much movement or bounce

If i wear this for more than 1 hour my shoulders start hurting but maybe i just need to work them out more
