Bought the 10kg for walking but can run in it if holding onto to the vest to stop bouncing

And its not immediately clear which way up it goes although this is written clearly in the description above elastic goes under the arms not on the shoulders

Ive a 383934 chest and despite being very adjustable it just doesnt quite adjust down small enough to stay still when im running

I note that the product photos show the lighter vests as being smaller so one of those might have been better for me albeit with less weight than i wanted

Genuinely a really good weighted vest but if youre also an 34athletic34 build and want to use it for running maybe look elsewhere consider the lighter versions or be prepared to have to hold it in place with one arm to stop bouncing
