The fitting that attaches the hose to the vac is totally wrong. There's a hose part number in the owner's manual, but it doesn't seem to mean anything. does not fit the vacuum it's supposed to fit.

The 34locking ring34 thats required to connect the hose to the adapter its the maroon plastic piece in item description picture came attached to one of the other adapters that i didnt need

I almost sent this back thinking it was missing parts until i realized i could remove the locking ring from the other adapter and reuse it

This hose is only 6ft long whereas the original hose on the vq607sfd was 7ft long but i knew this going in
