They told me i had a 2 year warranty was a surprise to me and immediately shipped out a new toner cartridge that worked flawlessly

My last one that came with my printer quit and the pages before that werent even faded

I declined because i found during an internet search a way to disable the low turner block on the printer and after doing so it worked fine

I am satisfied with the toner even though i had to disable the lock out to use it the print quality is great so its worth it therefore i gave it 4 stars i would have given it 5 if it would have worked right out of the box

Ive been starting to get a little tiny bit annoyed with it regarding some of the print quality smears on random pages and have used a compressed air can to clean but it just keeps doing it and i cant figure out what the problem is
