Pros

The print quality seems about the same as the original hp cartridges. It is fantastic and a great value for the money. Fast reliable delivery, excellent quality to price. Just as pictured.

Some cartridges have a little graying at the sheet ends and edges. The hp chips are easily removed, but can be a little tricky to install in the new cartridges.

Cons

The print is very light and interrupted with lines. The leakage of toner onto the paper's allegedly white area is an issue. Copies unreadable. The ink drum causes error all the time.

Cartridge reset gear in printer was now broken and would not recognize new cartridge until new cartridge was manually set. Never tried 3rd cartridge. In all other aspect it performs like the factory direct cartridge.
