A suggestion to vwe they’d be even better if the nose piece was clear plastic instead of colored

However i found that the way they fit my face made it so i was looking through the bottom edge of the lens in my normal reading mode and only worked if i held reading material lower or my head at a different and uncomfortable angle

The only way they worked for me was to have them way out at the tip of my nose and that wasnt comfortable or practical

I have other pairs that work better at least for me so i returned them

If using one hand the arms sort of snap together catching your face
