Pros
I use a similar product of v-guard since 2012 for another freeze which never show any glitch as of now. This has the timer function for allowing power to refrigerator when power comes back.
Cons
The price of the product quoted is very high coz the same product with same features was available for rs. On the box it was mentioned as rs. Really the quoting of price is very very high.
