    I ordered this to try turning a lamp 60w incandescent onoff using an output from an arduino the lamp being the heating element in a temperature chamber

    Then you can turn on the 3d printer from gcode or the front panel which of course remains on if you provide separate 5v power

    It should be pointed out that 3d printers use arduinos and i believe that this 5v or 0v connection is straight off of the arduin o logic
