On top of comfort yoi also get 5 year warranty which i havent seen or heard of to get for a pillow

The pillow is amazing support for straight back and side sleeping although laying on your back and tilting your head to the side is quite uncomfortable even now after the 2 month adjustment period

Pillow was not overfirm but not really squashy soft either and it does mould to the shape of your head

Ive used memory foam pillows for 10 yrs and struggle as some are too high

I overcame this by cutting the middle layer lengthways removing the back higher part so that i had 3 layers at the front where i needed it but only 2 layers at the back
