The phone number on their website is 'not assigned', support mails do not work neither does the chat.

I pretty much plugged both of them in and theyd immediately started load balancing properly exactly what i wanted it to do without any real finagling however the method to tweak how it load balances is so manual it may as well be from the 1980s

You have to literally manually put in every number and every period and know way more then i was hoping to need to know to use this to change where the load goes at what rate

Its a bit unfortunate but understandable and i was hoping i could manage but the biggest issue im currently having is that the website that i used to host the firmware that was owned by the company that made this product is entirely gone now so i cant get the most updated firmware anywhere to see if it actually was any better and since im stuck on an older firmware you can perhaps see the slight issue that may arise from that

Consset up of anything from the qos traffic management to network management has 0 auto detection for a majority of things making you have to manually type and retype ip addresses

Subnets gateways and all the rest of the bits and bobs per device out manually one by one multiple times

Zero firmware support as i stated the official website is completely down so thats out of the question and i cant even find a third party anymore the most i could find as proof that there was an updated firmware was on a reddit post somewhere out there and in the way back machine seeing a singular copy of their old site when it was still up seeing a fairly much higher version number
