Pros & Cons
Pros
The claim is that this penetrates more deeply, and thus heals more deeply. I use it most nights to ease the pinched nerve in my hip which it does very well. Far infrared works well for stiff/painful muscles.
The manual is quite excellent - good english, very concise and complete. The new one has a different cloth on the outside which helps to wipe off any pet fur, etc.
Cons
If the seller replaces it i’d say it’s great. Returned it for a refund of my money. Customer service also very poor.
Product partially works, but won’t heat above a low temp. It's not bad it's just ot doesnt get hot at all. I further question the claims of it emitting far infrared heat because it felt no different than a cheap drugstore heating pad.
Highlights
Quality
Long cord comes with the heating pad
I am pleasantly surprised at the comfortablity of this pad
It felt like whoever authored the manual knew the product inside and out
The electrical cord is very long but i just keep part of it wrapped with the twist tie to shorten it
Packaging/appearance
Especially looking at the packaging and everything wondering if it was a hoax another cheaply made in china item
Competitiveness
For meit started at 73 f and it took 34 mins to go above 100
