It is quiet; there is no crinkly plastic noise. Even though my chest is no longer rattling, i continue using it that way.

This heating pad is long enough at 24 by 36 to be able to wrap-around my leg to ease the cramping. Large size of this pad makes it much more versatile for use. The large size is big enough to cover my lap or lower torso.

Product partially works, but won’t heat above a low temp. It's not bad it's just ot doesnt get hot at all. When i set it to a temperature inside its stated operating range, it rarely reaches it.

The pad is so thin. It feels like it is ready to be ripped any time. Sooooooo tired ofpoor quality products from china. Must be cheap parts for such an expensive product. Which is probably how they increase their profit margins.
