Pros & Cons

Pros

Full body utk technology infrared heating pad. Great for the knee as well. The infrared rays that do the healing and *.

It takes only a few minutes to heat up to the desired temperature. It is a little tricky to put on but with practice it becomes easier. My only complaint is that this lacks any instructions on how to use it.

The heat is very soothing. My 9yo loves it more so i start it before he jumps in bed. I hope it continues to deliver the heat that it has so far.

Cons

The strap is not tight enough against the contour of my shoulder to provide anything more than mild warmth. The cuff strap was too short.

No amount of unplugging and replugging it in fixed it. Would have sent it back but quarantined by covid. I believe my unit may be a defective unit.

Ive had this one year the heat and comfort is great however the velcro was weak at first but held now after a year of use my shoulders are on fire but the velcro will not stay together and the unit is unusable

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Getting the 34around the body34 straps to velcro is a true pain both figuratively and literally

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Figuratively because there are two straps that come both ways around your body and need to connect on the opposite side that you are heating

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Literally because you have to contort to get them to connect and your shoulder already hurts which is why you are using this and trying to connect the straps makes it worse

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

A much better design would e one long strap with velcro on both ends and you can have one connected put on the pad pull the other end with you nonpainful arm and connect it directly back to the pad

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I have torn muscles in my rotator cuff

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I couldnt find a heating pad that would heat up enough

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I have to turn temperature down on it because it gets so hot
