    If you cant tell either that a chefs knife isnt the peeler you are reviewing or the difference between a peeler and a sharp 8 knife you should neither render advice nor be trusted with the use of razor sharp objects

    And if you cant tell a prograde knife from a home grade by merely picking one and looking you probably dont need a pro grade and the 3 x expense
